Foot Massage

Hey Ladies! If you've been following along, you know I've given you my most precious tool, the understanding of your body's kinetic chain and how to incorporate the Knee Pain Recipe into your routine. These tools are designed to eliminate pain, please see my recent article read here. You can also join my 4-week program for a self-paced approach to learning how to heal and tackle the pain. Learn more about my 4-week program here:

But now, it's time to talk about something just as important: Personal Wellness.

Building Your Support Team

Taking care of your body isn't something you have to do alone. Having the right people supporting you on your journey is super important. I can't stress enough how much easier and more effective it is when you have a team behind you.

Renee Moten massage therapist and knee pain coach

For example, I have six amazing people on my team, including a lymphatic drainage massage therapist, an acupuncturist, and an exfoliation therapist. They help me raise my energy levels, boost my metabolism and help my skin to release toxins. At age 66 I can teach 6 exercise classes and 2 stretch classes 4 days a week without the hint of fatigue or pain.

Ask yourself, how many people do you have on your team? If you don’t have a team, I can help you build one. You may have noticed that it is hard to motivate yourself to exercise, eat a good nutritional meal and take time out for yourself. A coach can help, speak to me today about building a team of your own: reneemoten@healmyknees.com or hit the button below:

Couch Potato Depression:

Why Self-Care & Weight Loss Can Be Tough

Let's be real—sometimes, taking care of yourself feels impossible especially if you're dealing with pain or just feeling down. Those emotions can easily trigger what I call "couch potato depression." We all know it's your eating habits that need to change, but when you're in pain, it's hard to care.

Before and after weight loss transformation

I've seen it happen. One of my clients successfully lost a lot of weight 👏👏👏, but when we stopped working together the weight slowly crept back. I totally get it—it's a tough cycle to break. But this is something we can tackle together, especially through my eight-week program, which includes nutritional coaching to help you manage your weight and feel in control of your life.

Thankfully, Susan has come back to me and together we are tackling the regained weight and making sure her pain never returns 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼. This is why it is so important to have a support team and coach.

Here is Susan 2024 back in action without knee and hip pain. Has lost 35 pounds and looking good.

It's Not a Quick Fix—Work Is Required

I need to be honest with you: this isn't a quick fix. You'll have to work at it, but trust me, you'll be really happy with the results. Think about it: everyone who achieves something significant has a coach. Professional athletes, and business leaders—they all have coaches to guide them. If you want real change, getting a coach is 💯 the way to go.
