Ok! So I was a Girl Scout.

"On my honor, I will try:

To serve God* and my country,

To help people at all times,

And to live by the Girl Scout Law"

By the way, do you see the girl in the second row in the pink and white checked dress? That is Susan Roebuck, who happens to be my friendly nemesis.

  • How many memories of your past have shaped your life? I went to West Rockville Elementary, then to the new school, College Gardens. Doug Mote was my first crush. He never knew I had a crush. So if you know him, please do not tell him.🤫🤫

  • I played sports all through my school years. After I became an adult, I continued to play softball.

The Heartbreakers were the #1 team in Rockville during my playing days. I played on other teams for years until I became scared of the ball🫣🫣 and knew it was time to quit. When you can no longer play, you coach!

We never lost a game. Superstars in the making!!

  • As you can see, health, wellness, and fitness have been a part of my life since elementary school. Now, over 60, my passion is stronger than ever.

I've devoted my whole life to coaching, mentoring, and helping others improve their health, strength, and quality of life.

  • My commitment to my clients goes beyond exercise. I want to help them believe in what their bodies can still accomplish.

I've learned that age doesn't mean slowing down or giving up on the things you love. It simply means finding new ways to keep growing, moving, and enjoying life.

Sending you all my love, Renee! 🧡🧡🧡
