The Knee Pain Dilemma

In 1992, I was diagnosed with patellofemoral syndrome in my right knee. By 1999, both knees were diagnosed with osteoarthritis. We get bombarded with suggestions for medication, orthopaedic treatments, knee braces, and all kinds of other methods to deal with the pain. But the trouble is: most of these are just Band-Aids, as you may have already figured that out.

My Personal Journey

Let me share a bit about my journey. I’ve been there – the frustration, the depression that comes with chronic knee pain. Like you, I followed the standard literature on the internet, but it didn’t get rid of the pain. My four doctors could not tell me why it was happening. It drove me nuts because I’ve always been active and athletic, with no good solutions in sight I watched my world become smaller and smaller.


Aha Moments!!

That’s when I started looking for alternative solutions. I learned so much about healing the body from the inside out, I want to share that knowledge with you. We don’t have to rely on external aids that only offer short-term relief.
